*Please note that our product sizing runs a bit small and order a size up from your usual US size. So we specify it in the size options as below:
For example, our medium (M) is a US small (S), our extra-large (XL) is a US large (L), etc.
*Free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more, or a $10 Flat Shipping Rate for both Canada and the US.
-Processing delay may vary in peak periods (usually processed within 2 business days.)
-Orders from the US take around 2-6 business days to deliver once the order is shipped.
-Orders from Canada take around 3-8 business days to deliver once the order is shipped.
-For delivery, some exceptions may apply.
-Packages are shipped by either ChitChat or Canada Post.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and drop off your package to the courier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like panties.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
